By registering for a permanent tee time, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Tee times will be assigned to complete and paid foursomes beginning on February 17th for resident groups (all four players), and March 3rd for all other groups in order of number of residents in the group. (i.e. three residents, two, one, none)
• Residency and passholder status will be verified prior to tee time issuance.  Non-residents who register as resident will lose their position.
• Tee times are held on a guaranteed foursome basis for the duration of the season; beginning the weekend of May 3rd and concluding the weekend of September 28th.
  • Black out dates are the following:
    • Saturday
      • May 17th
      • July 12th
      • One additional date TBD
    • Sunday
      • July 13th
      • July 27th
      • One additional date TBD
• Tee-times will not be available on dates listed above, and are subject to change at any time.
• All four players must complete their registration (above) by April 15th in order to be assigned a tee time.  Tee times will not be issued to incomplete groups.
• Groups will be responsible for ensuring one of the original four group members will occupy the permanent tee time.
• Groups will also be responsible for notifying the course of any group number changes as stated in our 24 hour cancellation policy outlined below.
• There is no limit to the number of times a group may cancel a tee time, however groups will be subject to our 24 Hour Cancelation Policy. This policy requires cancelation or modification to a tee time to be completed a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the tee time.  The original tee time holder will be responsible for unused tee times resulting from modifications made within 24 hours of the tee time.
• Repeated abuse of cancelation policy may result in revocation of permanent tee-time privileges.
• Cancellations due to inclement weather are at the discretion of Winnetka Golf Club. In the event that the golf course is deemed unplayable by golf course management, no penalties for cancellation will be applied.  In the event of a rainout, groups will be given credit for an additional week of play to be added at the end of the PTT schedule.
• Pace Enjoyment Policy – for the enjoyment of all players, groups are expected to maintain original tee time interval throughout the round. Groups unable to maintain the original tee time interval may be asked to skip a hole or allow other groups to play through.  Maximum pace of play is 4 hours, 15 minutes.
• Permanent Tee Time fees are non-refundable.
• Permanent Tee Time participants are responsible for abiding by all of the rules and policies in place at Winnetka Golf Club, including dress code, pace of play, and daily cart rules.
• Permanent Tee Times will begin at the following times:
  • May 5^th – August 24^th – 6:30am
  • August 30^th – September 28^th – 7:00am
• Winnetka Golf Club reserves the right to sell tee times to the public within or prior to the permanent tee time timeframe.
